     تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان الأساليب التي طبقت عليها نظرية الأفعال الكلامية  -التي وضع أسسها علماء اللغة التحليليين الغربيين- في موروثنا اللغوي والبلاغي، فهي محاولة ترنو إلى إعادة الاعتبار لعنصري قصد المتكلم والسياق المتعدد الأبعاد؛ على أساس أن مستعمل اللغة لا ينجزها إلا بمراعاتهما معا، فالأساليب الخبرية والإنشائية عند العرب شكلت حجر الأساس في الدراسات الأدبية واللغوية عموما، وجاء تحليل علمائنا لها دقيقا إلى درجة أن نظرية "أوستين" لا يمكن أن نعتبرها إلا تابعا لما بحثه العرب في هذا المجال؛ حيث جعلت من طبيعة الفعل اللغوي حدثا مؤثرا، بل ومغيرا للعالم فتحولت معها وظيفة الظاهرة اللسانية من الوصف والإخبار إلى الإنجاز والتأثير، فالكلام ليس عملية تبادل للأخبار فقط، بل هو أيضا فعل مضبوط بقواعد دقيقة يرنو إلى تغيير حال المخاطب وموقفه وفهمنا للكلام يعني تشخيص مضمونه الإخباري، وتحديد غرضه التداولي أي قوته الإنجازية.
This study seeks to clarify the methods that have been applied to the theory of speech acts - laid down by Western analytical linguists - in our linguistic and rhetorical heritage. It is an attempt to reconsider the two elements of the speaker's intention and the multidimensional context; On the basis that the user of the language does not accomplish it except by taking into account both of them. The news and construction methods of the Arabs formed the cornerstone of literary and linguistic studies in general, and our scholars’ analysis of them was so accurate that Austin’s theory can only be considered a follower of what the Arabs discussed in this field; As it made the nature of the linguistic act an influential event, and even a world-changing event, with it transformed the function of the linguistic phenomenon from describing and informing to achievement and influence. and defining its deliberative purpose, i.e. its achievement power
