 تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لاستظهار إحدى الممارسات الاتصالية الحديثة واستراتيجية إدارة المعرفة المعتمدة من قبل الحكومات العصرية في إطار جهود التنمية واستصلاح القطاعات والمندرجة ضمن صلاحيات وأنشطة مؤسسات الدولة، والهيئات العمومية المنبثقة عنها، في مقدمتها القنوات الإعلامية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني التي تبنت الطابع التنظيمي المسؤول، الذي يعنى برصد ومناقشة رهانات التنمية الصحية وقضايا الشأن العام، ويليه بالتدرج في المقام الثاني الشق الوظيفي، الذي سنكرس من خلاله جملة المتطلبات الاستثنائية والمفاجئة التي أقرتها تجليات الأزمة الصحية وبالتزامن مع الواقع الوبائي بالجزائر وانعكاساته المقترنة طرديا بالفضاءات العامة ومضامين الاتصال العمومي وآلياته الخطابية المتمثلة في الومضات التحسيسية بضرورة التلقيح، وحملات إرساء معالم الوعي وتعزيز قواعد الأمن الصحي وبالتالي استحداث منظومة اجتماعية بتوجه احترازي وقائي، من شأنه التصدي لجائحة كوفيد 19.
This study aims in the first place to expose one of the new communicative activities and the strategy of knowledge management recognized by the new governments within the framework of the development of the sectors under the control of the state establishments as well as the other administrations which depend on them and in the first place the information channels and those of civil society which dealt with THE organizational side which deals with the health development side as well as public opinion Next comes and in order the professional side to which we are going to give a set of special data declared by the health sector in line with the pandemic situation in Algeria and its influence on public places within the framework of organizational communication and its automatisms such as sensitizing companions to opt for the covid-19 vaccine.
