يهدف المقال إلى معرفة وجهة نظر الأستاذ الجامعي نحو المرجعية الدينية الجزائريـة وذلك من خلال سبر الرأي حول مفهومها، مكوناتها، أهميتها، واقعها وآفاقها، وقد اختار الباحث الأستاذ الجامعي بحكم أنه من نخبة المجتمع كما يفترض أن نجد عنده من التصور والتحليل ما يساهم في إثراء الموضوع، وقد تم إجراء الدراسة على 150 أستاذ، حيث وقع الاختيار على ثلاث كليات من مجمل جامعات قسنطينة، حيث كانت 50 مفردة هي حصة كل كلية من الكليات التي وقع الاختيار عليها، وقد اعتمدت على منهج المسح وأداته استمارة الاستبيان لمعرفة آراء أفراد العينة، وقد توصلت إلى بعض النتـائج حـول موضوع المرجعية الدينية الجزائريـة من أهمها: أنّ المرجعية الدينية إطار ونسق من خلاله وفي ضوئه يباشر المجتمع فهم وتطبيق الدين حيث أن أهم مكونين للمرجعية الدينية المذهب الفقهي والمذهب العقدي على حد سواء وأن الالتزام بمرجعية دينية واحدة والمحافظة عليها لا يعني الإقصاء أو عدم الانفتاح على غيرها وأنّ تعدد المرجعيات الدينية في الدولة الواحدة أمر سلبي.
The article aims to know the university professor’s perspective towards the Algerian religious reference, bypolling opinions about its definition, constitution, importance, reality and horizons. The university professor was chosen because he is considered an elite member of society, and also because it is believed that he or she possesses imagination and analytical thinking to an extent that helps enrich the subject at hand. This study was conducted on 150 professors. Three colleges from all the universities of Constantine were selected. 50 terms were the share of each selected college. The survey methodology and its tool; the questionnaire form was used to obtain the views of the sample members. Some results about the Algerian religious reference were obtained, of which the most important ones were:Religious reference is a framework through which, and in the light of which, society begins to understand and apply religion, and that the two most important components of religious reference are jurisprudential and creedal ideologies. Also, adherence to, and preservation of a single religious reference does not mean exclusion or non-openness to another, and the multiplicity of religious references in one country is negative.
