يعدُّ القرآن الكريم، دستور الحياة، وقد اعتنى بجميع فئات المجتمع، ومنها: ذوو الاحتياجات الخاصة. وقد سعى البحث إلى استجلاء حاجة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة إلى تعلُّم القرآن الكريم وحفظِه وتلاوته والاستماع إليه وفهم معانيه. وأبان في المبحث الأول التَّوجيهات القرآنيَّة لتأمين الاستقرار النفسي لهاته الفئة، وذلك ببيان أن التفاضل بين الناس يكون بالتقوى وليس بالصور والأشكال والأجسام، وأن المسلم يؤمن بالقضاء والقدر، وأنه يحتسب الأجر من الله تعالى ويصبر، وأن مصيبة البدن يسيرةٌ محتملةٌ إذا قورنت بمصيبة الدين. وفي المبحث الثاني تحدَّث عن ثمرات وموجَبَات تعلُّم القرآن الكريم على ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في الدنيا والآخرة، مثل: كونهم من أهل الله تعالى، والظَّفر بالصحة النفسية، والسعي إلى الإبداع، والدَّمج في مختلف أنشطة الحياة، والتقديم في إمامة الصلاة، وعند المشورة، ونيلِ شفاعة القرآن الكريم، وتاج الكرامة، وعلوّ الدَّرجات في الجنة. وقد خلُص البحث إلى نتائجَ قيّمة، من ألمعها: أن فئة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة تفتقر بشكلٍ كبيرٍ إلى تعلُّم القرآن الكريم وحفظه وتلاوته والاستماع إليه وتدبُّر آياته؛ للثمرات التي يظفر بها أهل القرآن، في الدنيا والآخرة.
The Holy Qur’an is the constitution of life and has taken care of all sectors of society, including: people with special needs. The research sought to clarify the need of people with special needs to learn, memorize, recite, listen to the Noble Quran and understand its meanings. In the first chapter, the Qur’anic directions for securing psychological stability for this group are shown by illustrating that the differentiation between people is with piety and not with pictures, shapes and bodies, and the Muslim believes in judgment and destiny, he also calculates the reward from Allah -the Almighty- and he is patient, and the calamity of the body is easy and possible if compared with the calamity of religion. In the second chapter, the researcher denotes the fruits of learning the Noble Qur’an on people with special needs in this world and the hereafter, such as: being from God Almighty’s people, winning mental health, seeking creativity, integrating into the various activities of life, becoming Imam in the prayer, preferring in consultation, and obtaining intercession of The Holy Quran, the Crown of Dignity, and the highest grades in the paradise. The research concluded with valuable results which are: the category of people with special needs is in a big need to  learn, memorize, recite and listen to the Holy Qur’an due to all benefits of the Qur’an in this world and the hereafter.
