تهدف الدراسة مناقشة ما تثيره  مسألة الشفافية في مجال التحكيم الدولي من مواضيع، كالكشف عن المستندات وجلسات الاستماع المفتوحة، ومشاركة أطراف ثالثة في عملية التحكيم، والوصول العام لقرارات التحكيم وبالتأكيد يثير الأمر وبشدة إشكالية الحد الفاصل بين السرية والشفافية، حيث تَطلب إصلاح نهج السرية في التحكيم الدولي إعادة فحص الممارسات الراسخة في مجال الخصوصية والسرية، كما مثلت قواعد الأونسيترال بشأن الشفافية نقطة انطلاق مهمة لمثل هذا الإصلاح الشامل، حيث خلقت عمليات التحكيم بين المستثمرين والدول ضغوطًا ومصدراً إضافيا للمطالبة بالمزيد من الشفافية في التحكيم الدولي. من جهة أخرى تعد مسألة تضارب المصالح بين المحكمين والأطراف الثالثة المموِّلة واحدة من المسائل التي ثار حولها نقاش كبير مؤخرا، في ضوء تأثيرها المحتمل على إمكانية إنفاذ قرارات التحكيم نظرا لمسألة التأثير المحتمل للطرف الثالث المموِّل على الإجراءات القانونية، بما في ذلك مفاوضات التسوية، وبوجه أعم على نزاهة وشفافية عملية التحكيم ومشروعيته.

The issue of school dropout is a global problem confronting the education industry around the world.This research introduces a clearer and more comprehensive picture of the school dropouts issue in Mafraq - Jordan in age’s group between (5-14 years). The real causes and the effects on the community, to find out how they can enhance the urban planning and design in Mafraq for children to avoid this phenomenon. To achieve that goal, it has been a necessity to adopt a descriptive and analytical method for the previous knowledge and take a sequential researching step to build a comprehensive theoretical framework by abstracting three main vocabularies of the theoretical framework represented by: School dropouts, Urban planning for child, and effective response, then to focus on applying the vocabularies of the theoretical framework on the selected area that located in Mafraq.
