الملخص يتناول هذا البحث دراسة الإشكاليات الناتجة عن التأريخ للديانة اليهودية ونشأتها ابتداءً من عصر "الآباء" إبراهيم واسحاق ويعقوب عليهم السلام في بعض الدراسات العربية للديانة اليهودية، ويبحث في مدى توافق ادعاء اليهود بنسبة الديانة اليهودية لعصر "الآباء" مع الأدلة والدراسات التاريخية لعصرهم ولغتهم وعلاقتهم الحضارية بشعوب وأمم منطقة الشرق الأدنى القديم، ومدى توافق وصفهم بالعبرانيين مع اعتبار يهوديتهم، ويبحث في علاقتهم بالديانة اليهودية بشكل عام، ويركز على قضية البعد التاريخي بين عصر "الآباء" وبين الفترة التاريخية التي نشأت فيها الديانة اليهودية، ومنهجية الإسقاط التاريخي في روايات "الآباء" وحياتهم في النص التوراتي وأهدافها، ويلقي الضوء على أهمية الانتباه لهذه القضية أثناء عملية البحث والتأليف التاريخي للديانة اليهودية في الدراسات العربية، وتأثيرها على تصور القارئ العربي لتاريخ الديانة اليهودية، والتناقض التاريخي والديني بين ما يقدمه القرآن الكريم عن هؤلاء الآباء "الأنبياء" وبين ما تقدمه هذه الدراسات العربية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الآباء، الدراسات العربية، التأريخ للديانة اليهودية، الإشكاليات التاريخية، الاسقاط التاريخي
يهدف هذا البحث إلى توضيح عدالة الإسلام في معاملته للآخر، عن طريق دراسةٍ تأصيليةٍ تصبُو إشكاليتُها الرئيسية إلى الإجابة عن جُملَةٍ من التساؤلات المفضية إلى نتائج البحث، من خلال استنطاق نصوص القرآن الكريم، وتتبع سيرة النبيّ المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم بطريقة معتدلة تقدّر إنجازاته، إذ عُرف عنه حرصُه الشديد على حوار الآخر، ودعوة الناس وتغيير قلوبهم وعقولهم بالحكمة والموعظة الحسنة. لقد ثبت عنهُ صلى الله عليه وسلم أنه لم يحاول فرضَ المعتقدات الدينية بالقوة أو بالعنف، وهي الفكرة التي سيحاول هذا البحث أن يحشد الأدلة الداعمة لها، ليؤكد حقيقة أن وسطيةَ الإسلام ومرونة تشريعاته سرُّ مصداقيته وجاذبيّته للتعايش الإنساني المشترك، وأن السنةَ النبويةَ قد جسّدت معاني الرحمة للعالمين تطبيقاً عملياً لهذه المبادئ السمحة
This research aims to clarify the justice of Islam in treatment of others, through a fundamental study whose main problematic is to answer a set of questions leading to results of the research, by citing the texts of Qur’an, and following the biography of the Prophet, as he was known from his interest in dialogue with others, inviting people to change their minds with wisdom and exhortation, which is the idea that this research will try to support, confirming that the moderation and flexibility of Islam are the secret of its attractiveness to human coexistence, and that the Sunnah has embodied mercy for the worlds in a practical application to these principles.
