تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في هذا البحث لدراسة درجة انخراط معلمي اللغة العربية في المرحلة المتوسط في مهارات التعلم الذاتي.
وشكلت العينة ثلاثة وتسعون معلم لغة عربية للمرحلة المتوسطة من مدارس محافظة واسط بمنطقة العزيزية. تم اختيار هؤلاء المدربين بشكل عشوائي من بين مجموعة معلمي اللغة العربية في العينة.
يتم تتبع مقدار تقنيات التعلم الذاتي التي يستخدمها مدرسو اللغة العربية من خلال استبيان.
أظهرت النتائج أن مدرسي اللغة العربية يستخدمون تقنيات التعلم الذاتي بمعدل متوسط، ويتخذون خطوات مثل إنشاء جداول زمنية مناسبة للأهداف التعليمية ومستويات الطلاب بالإضافة إلى تقنيات التعلم الذاتي.
وبحسب عوامل الجنس ودرجة التعليم وسنوات الخبرة، تشير النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق بين ممارسات التعلم الذاتي للمعلمين والمعلمات في موضوع اللغة العربية.
قدم البحث العديد من الاقتراحات والأفكار من خلال النتائج.
لا أحد منا يمكنه إنكار الدور الذي لعبته وسائل المعلوماتية الحديثة في ازدهار وتطوير جميع مناحي الحياة سواء الاقتصادية أو الاجتماعية أو الثقافية، إلا أنه وبالمقابل ظهر شق سلبي لهاته التكنولوجيا خصوصا شبكة الأنترنت التي استغلتها عصابات الإجرام في خدمة ميولها المنحرفة ولم يميزوا في إضرارهم بالغير بين الراشدين والقصر، فأضحت شبكة الأنترنت تشكل أكبر خطر يهدد أطفالنا سواء أخلاقيا أو صحيا أو نفسيا.
هذا الخطر الذي حاولت أغلب الدول التصدي له وحماية الطفل من أن يقع ضحية له، وهذا باستحداث منظومة قانونية صارمة تكفل حمايته ومنها المنظومة القانونية الجزائرية، التي حققت قفزة نوعية وإن جاءت متأخرة نوعا ما عن مواكبة المنظومة القانونية الدولية، وقد تمثلت هاته القفزة في صدور القانون رقم 15-12 المتعلق بحماية الطفل، خصوصا الطفل في حالة خطر ولا يوجد أخطر من تعرض الطفل للاستغلال الجنسي عبر شبكة الأنترنت بمختلف صوره.
لهذا سنتناول في هذا المقال نقطتين أساسيتين هما:
- أهم صور الاستغلال الجنسي للطفل عبر شبكة الأنترنت.
- الآليات القانونية الكفيلة بحماية الطفل من هذا الاستغلال في القانون الجزائري.

The Internet has become the greatest threat to our children, whether morally, health or psychologically.
This is the danger that most countries have tried to address and try to protect children from being victimized by the development of a strict legal system to protect them, the Algerian legal system, which has achieved a qualitative but somewhat delayed leap, was the promulgation of Act No. 15/12 on the protection of children, especially children in danger and there is no more serious risk of sexual exploitation on the Internet in all its forms.
This is why we will look at two key points in this article:
- The most important images of child sexual exploitation online.
- The Legal mechanisms to protect him from such exploitation in Algerian law.
