من خلال دراسة الاستخدام الفعلي للتعليم الرقمي في الكيمياء ، واحتياجاته ، والعوائق التي تحول دون استخدامه ، حاول هذا البحث تحديد كيفية تحسين تقنية تدريس الكيمياء في ضوء مخرجات التعليم الرقمي. استراتيجيات تدريس الكيمياء في ضوء نتائج التعليم الرقمي.
تم اختيار خمسة وثمانون معلمًا ومعلمة كيمياء للصف الثالث المتوسط بشكل عشوائي من بين المعلمين والمعلمات في تلك الصف لتشكيل العينة.
كانت الأداة الأساسية للدراسة عبارة عن استبيان متعدد المحاور:
حقيقة استخدام التعليم الرقمي في تعليم الكيمياء. متطلبات تنفيذ التعليم الرقمي في الفصل.
تحديات لاستخدام التدريس الرقمي في الكيمياء.
بالإضافة إلى مناقشة صريحة مع المدربين من الذكور والإناث حول أفكارهم لتعزيز واقع تدريس الكيمياء في ضوء نتائج التعليم الرقمي.
توصل التحقيق إلى الاستنتاجات التالية:
- يوظف المعلمون التعليم الرقمي بدرجة متواضعة أثناء تعليمهم مادة الكيمياء للصف الثالث المتوسط.
- هناك عدد من المتطلبات الأساسية لاستخدام التعليم الرقمي لتدريس الكيمياء ، بما في ذلك توافر القناعة الكافية بين المعلمين وأولياء الأمور ووجود البنية التحتية المطلوبة.
إن قيود الإنترنت ، ونقص المعلمين في الخبرة في استخدام التعليم الرقمي ، وحماس الطلاب الضعيف لهذا النوع من التعليم ليست سوى عدد قليل من التحديات في استخدام التعليم الرقمي لتعليم الكيمياء.
نظرًا لعوامل الدرجة الأكاديمية وسنوات الخبرة وحضور الدورات التدريبية ، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط إجابات المعلمين على استخدام التعليم الرقمي في تدريس الكيمياء.
قدم البحث عددا من المقترحات والأفكار في ضوء هذه النتائج.
لقد سعت السلطات العمومية في الجزائر إلى محاولة وضع إطار قانوني من اجل تسهيل تدخلات الدولة في مجال العمران، فاتخذت بذلك التحاصيص كعملية عمرانية للنهوض بشتى القطاعات، وعلى الرغم من الأهمية التي أولتها الدولة لهذه الأخيرة من خلال اصدار ترسانة هامة من القوانين والتنظيمات لمنحها فعالية في إنتاج السكن المنظم وذو النوعية الجيدة، إلا أن الواقع يشهد عكس ذلك تماما، حيث لم تعطي النوعية المطلوبة، وذلك بفعل التجاوزات الصارخة التي أحدثتها الأطراف المتدخلة، من خلال الممارسات المخالفة لقواعد التهيئة والتعميير، والانحراف بين التخطيط وواقع الإنجازات.
ولعل من أبرز اهداف الموضوع هو التركيز على الإجراءات والقيود التي تلزم كل متدخل في العملية باحترامها، إلى جانب تسليط الضوء على أهم المخالفات التي تنشأ بسبب انشاء أو تنفيذ التحاصيص العقارية.
وتماشيا مع هذه الأهداف قسمنا الموضوع إلى محورين، الأول ويتضمن الاطار المفاهيمي والاجرائي للتحاصيص العقارية
وفي المحور الثاني تم التطرق إلى المخالفات المترتبة عن إنشاء التحاصيص.
وعن أهم النتائج المتوصل اليها فانه وعلى الرغم من الإجراءات القانونية الهامة والصارمة التي تم تكريسها في اطار انشاء واستغلال التحاصيص العقارية، الا ان ذلك لم يمنع من رصد العديد من المخالفات التي قد تنشأ إما بمناسبة انشاء التحاصيص أو أثناء تنفيذ أو استغلال هذه الأخيرة.
Algerian public authorities have tried to put in place a legal framework in order to facilitate state interventions in the field of urbanization, so they have taken allotments as an urban process for the advancement of various sectors.Despite the importance paid by state to allotments through the important arsenal of laws and regulations in order to reach effectiveness in the production of organized and good quality housing, the reality is exactly the opposite, as it did not give the required quality, due to the flagrant abuses caused by the intervening parties, through practices against the rules of preparation and reconstruction, and the deviation between planning and the reality of achieved buildings.One of the main objectives of the topic is, first, to focus on the procedures and restrictions that each participant in the process is obliged to respect, second, shedding light on the main violations that arise due to the establishment or implementation of real estate allotments. In line with these objectives, we divided the topic into two axes. The first includes the conceptual and procedural framework for real estate allotments.In the second axis, the violations resulting from the establishment of quotas were discussed.Regarding to most important findings, is that, despite the important and strict legal procedures that have been established in the framework of the establishment and exploitation of real estate allotments, this did not prevent the monitoring of many violations that may arise either on the occasion of the establishment of allotments or during their implementation or exploitation.
