شكَّلت الحضارة الغربية المعاصرة نقلة إنسانية غير معهودة في ميدان التطور المادي والتقدم التقني المميز، والإقلاع بمستوى العلوم الطبيعية إلى درجات عليا اكتشافا وتسخيرا، وهي الظاهرة التي خلفت قدرا كبيرا من الافتتان والإعجاب بتفوقها فهبت جموع غفيرة إلى الارتماء في أحضانها. صاحب هذا الوجه المشرق الجميل الباهر سقوط هذه الحضارة في مساوئ غاية في الخطورة أفقدتها بريقها الوهاج حينما وقعت هذه العلوم في انتكاسة معرفية، تمثلت أساسا في عدم تحرر أغلب هذه العلوم من قبضة التحيز، سواء عن وعي أم عن غير وعي و التي أضحت السمة الغالبة على أبحاثها. ومع أن الحضارة الغربية لم تبن معارفها من فراغ واستندت إلى حضارات معارف أصيلة وتبع ذلك إقصاء و تشويه لأنساق معرفية مغايرة، ناهيك عن بروز ما عرف بظاهرة التوظيف اللاأخلاقي للعلوم الإنسانية بصفة خاصة فبدت منتظمة في نسق واحد يعتمد تقنيات ومناهج محددة، أخرجت هذه العلوم عن إطارها النظامي الأكاديمي الصرف.فهو ما يشكل بحق مفارقة صارخة تستدعي الكثير من التأمل الجاد الحثيث والبحث العميق عن بواعث الإرادة الخفية التي تدفع في هذا الاتجاه. إن علم مقارنة الأديان كغيره من العلوم الإنسانية في الغرب من أكثر علوم يعاني من الأزمة ذاتها، في بيئة تغض الطرف عن إسهامات غير غربية ،مما أفرز أخطاء فظيعة في تأريخ نظريات دراسة الأديان ونسبة اكتشاف نظريات علمية إلى غير أصحابها .
يسعى هذا المقال إلى تقديم قراءة تتبّع مختلفَ جوانب النظر التي أسهمت في بناء هيكل واضح للتقعيد في النظرية النحوية العربية. وقد رُكّز - أوّلا - على الكلام وأقسامه؛ لأنّه أساس العملية التقعيدية ومنطلقها، ثم عرض مختلف الأصول التي كان لها دور في بناء القاعدة وصياغتها وهيكلتها. وأهم هذه الأصول؛ نظرية العامل ونظريّة الأصل والفرع، لما لكلّ نظريّة من هذه النّظريّات من قيمة ودور في تنظيم العمليّة التقعيدية؛ فنظرية العامل تقدم تفسيرا وضبطا لتوزيع مختلف الحركات الإعرابية، ونظرية الأصل والفرع تعمل على تنظيم القواعد وتسهيل تسلسلها وحمل بعضها على بعض. 
This article aims to give a reading of the different theoretical dimensions that have helped to construct the structure for the regulation of grammatical Arabic theory. It has been focused on speech and its parts because it is the basis of the regulatory operation and then the exposure of the different fundamental principles that have a role in the construction verbalisation and structuring of the rule. The most important of these fundamental principles is the theory of the operator، the theory of the root and the branch. And each theory has its value and role in the organization of the regulatory operation; The operator's theory gives an explanation and an organization for the different grammatical actions, while the root theory and the branch organize the rules، facilitate their linking and their coherence.
