تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إعطاء صورة عن العلاقات التجارية بين إيالتي تونس وطرابلس الغرب (ليبيا) خلال القرن 18م وبداية القرن 19م خلال فترة الأسرة الحسينية بإيالة تونس، هذه الدراسة جاءت لإزالة بعض اللبس حول هذه العلاقات، خاصّة وأنّ الدراسات والبحوث العربية منها لم تعطيها اهتمام كبير وذلك راجع أولا إلى قلّة الكتابات العربية في تلك الفترة عدا كتب الرحالة، وأغلب ما كُتب عن تاريخ هذه العلاقات كان معظمه بلغات أجنبية، وثانيا أنّ أكثر الدراسات ذهبت إلى دراسة العلاقات العربية الأوروبية وهذا راجع ربّما لاهتمام المؤرخين الغربيين بتاريخنا والتركيز على هذه العلاقات.
سنحاول في هذا الموضوع التطرق إلى بعض من جوانب العلاقات التجارية بين إيالتي تونس وطرابلس الغرب، بداية بإعطاء نظرة عامة حول واقع التجارة لكل منهما خلال الفترة المدروسة، ثم أهم العوامل التي ساعدتهما على التواصل التجاري فيما بينهما، لنعرج بعدها على المبادلات التجارية بين الإيالتين من صادرات وواردات، لنصل في النّهاية إلى ذكر أهم الطرق التجارية التي ساعدت على هذا التواصل التجاري.
This study aims to give a picture of the trade relations between the two states of Tunisia and Tripoli west (Libya) during the 18th century and the beginning of the 19th century during the Husseini family in The Nation of Tunisia. This study came to remove some confusion about these relations, especially since Arab studies and research did not give her much attention, first due to the lack of Arabic writings in that period except the books of travelers, and most of what was written about the history of these relations was mostly in foreign languages, and secondly that most studies went To study Arab-European relations, this is probably due to the interest of Western historians in our history and the focus on these relations.
In this subject, we will try to address some aspects of the trade relations between Tunisia and Tripoli west, beginning with an overview of the reality of their respective trade during the period studied, and then the most important factors that helped them to communicate trade between them, and then to block trade between the two generations of exports and imports, to finally reach the most important trade methods that helped this trade communication.
