مما لا شك فيه أن ظهور طب الأولياء في المغربين الأدنى والأقصى خلال العصر الوسيط، كان نتيجة عوامل وأسباب تنوعت بين المادية والعلمية والخوارقية والذهنية، ساهمت جميعا في فتح الباب أمام هذا الطب للظهور وترسيخ الاعتقاد به في ذهنية المجتمع، والملاحظ أن التطبيب عند أولياء المغربين الأدنى والأقصى خلال حقبة الدراسة كان يعتمد على العديد من الأساليب من بينها الدعاء، هذا الأخير كان حاضرا بقوة لدى هذه الفئة وذلك لما عرف عنهم بإجابة الدعوة، لاسيما وأن هذه الدعوات رافقتها سرعة الاستجابة في تلك اللحظة مما أدى هذا إلى الاعتقاد بنجاعتها في ذهنية المجتمع المغربي،الذي كان يلتجأ في أغلب حالاته الصحية المتدهورة إلى الأولياء للدعاء لهم في الشفاء من المرض. إضافة إلى ذلك اعتمد أولياء المغربين الأدنى والأقصى في إبراء العلل وشفاء ذوي العاهات على طقوس علاجية أخرى مثل: التفل والمسح والرقية إلى جانب الدعاء، فلا ريب أن هذه الممارسات الاستشفائية التي وقفنا عليها في كتب المناقب قد صورت لنا فعالية هذا العلاج الكرامي الذي مارسه الأولياء على الساكنة، وفي الوقت نفسه صورت لنا ذهنية للمجتمع المغربي الذي اعتقد في نجاعة الطب الصوفي، وقدرته على الشفاء من المرض

It is noted that the medical treatment of holy people of Morocco and Lower Maghreb during the study period , depends on many hospital methods of between is known as the prayer, The last one was strongly present in this category by what had known from these holy people, beside that the speed response came the moment with the prayer of holy people, This led to its efficacy in the mindset of Maggreb society ,Which was resorted in it's most cases to holy people to deteriorating health conditions to pray for themto recover from illness. that holy people of Morocco and Lower Maghreb depend to help with recovery from diseases and healing people with disabilities on rituals,like slugs wiping and ruqyah beside prayer. There is no doubt that these therapeutic practices that we have seen in titles Books she showed us the effectiveness of this dignities treatment that the holy people practiced on the still spiri besides it was adopted At the same time, we were presented with a mindset of the maggreb community, which believed the success of sufism medicin And his ability to recover from illness.
