عرفت العديد من المذاهب الفقهية طريقها إلى بلاد المغرب وانتشرت، إلا أن المذهب المالكي يعتبر الأبرز بينها استطاع تحقيق تطور لافتا وانتشارا مستفيدا من مجموعة من العوامل التي ترتبط بخصائص المذهب وصاحبه وبسكان البلاد الذين ارتبطوا به منذ وصوله إليهم، بالإضافة إلى دور العلماء والفقهاء الذين عملوا على خدمته ونشره، وضمان الإستمرارية إلى وقتنا الحالي، وترسيخ مبادئ السلم والتعايش داخل المجتمع خاصة وأن العهد العثماني عرف بروز وتطور المذهب الحنفي الذي مثّل مذهب السلطة الحاكمة للبلاد إلا أنه تعايش مع المذهب المالكي الذي مثّل مذهب غالبية السكان. نعمل من خلال هذه الدراسة الموسومة ب: "المذهب المالكي وجهود علمائه في ترسيخ ثقافة التعايش في الجزائر خلال العهد العثماني" على دراسة مراحل تطور المذهب المالكي وعوامل انتشاره واستقراره في الجزائر و إبراز جهود علمائه في خدمته ونشره ، وفي ترسيخ ثقافة التعايش داخل المجتمع الجزائري خلال العهد العثماني.
The Maliki doctrine was able to achieve development and spread in Algeria, taking advantage of a set of factors related to the characteristics of the doctrine and the people of the country who have been associated with it since its arrival, in addition to the role of scholars who worked to serve it and spread it, and to consolidate the principles of peace and coexistence within society, especially since the Ottoman era knew the emergence and development of the Hanafi doctrine, which represented the doctrine of the ruling authority of the country, but coexisted with the Maliki doctrine, which represented the doctrine of the majority of the population. This study, entitled "The Maliki doctrine and the efforts of its scholars to establish a culture of coexistence in Algeria during the Ottoman era", is rarely taught through the stages of the development of the Maliki doctrine, its factors of spread and stability in Algeria, the efforts of its scholars in the service and dissemination of the Maliki doctrine, and the consolidation of a culture of coexistence within Algerian society during the Ottoman era.
