تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على المتطلبات الضرورية لتحقيق الشمول المالي في الجزائر لما له من أهمية في توسعة دائرة المستفيدين من الخدمات المالية، وذلك بالتركيز على التحول الرقمي كأحد الحلول في تعزيز درجة الشمول المالي وتحقيق أهدافه للوصول إلى تعميم الخدمات المالية الرقمية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن تفعيل آليات التحول المالي الرقمي تؤثر على تعزيز أبعاد الشمول المالي من خلال الاختراق، والوصول، والاستخدام، مع تقديم العديد من المزايا أهمها تخفیض التكلفة المالیة لمقدمي المنتجات والخدمات المالیة وغیر المالیة، وتوفیر خدمات مالیة سریعة وآمنة، وكذا تحسین جودة الخدمات المقدمة للعملاء والمواطنین.
هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على تأثير المتغيرات الشخصية (الجنس والعمر )، والأكاديمية (المستوى الدراسي ،التخصص الأكاديمي ) على مستوى امتلاك أفراد عينة الدراسة لدافعية الإنجاز الدراسي ،شملت عينة الدراسة 750 طالب يدرسون بمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية بجامعة الاغواط وطلبة المدرسة العليا للأساتذة طالب عبد الرحمن بالأغواط ، تم بناء استمارة تقيس درجة اكتساب الطلبة لدافعية الإنجاز الدراسي وتم إخضاعها للشروط العلمية ،وخلصت الدراسة إلى أنه توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات مستوى اكتساب أفراد عينة الدراسة لدافعية الإنجاز الدراسي تعزى المتغيرات الشخصية (الجنس والعمر )،توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات مستوى اكتساب أفراد عينة الدراسة لدافعية الإنجاز الدراسي تعزى للمتغيرات الأكاديمية (المستوى الدراسي، التخصص الأكاديمي ) .أوصت الدراسة بتعزيز دافعية الإنجاز الدراسي لدى الطلبة من خلال إيجاد مواقف ووضعيات تحقق تجارب تعليمية ناجحة لديهم.
The study aims at identifying the effect of personal variables (gender and age), and the academic variables (academic level, academic specialization) on the level of academic achievement motivation of the study sample. A questionnaire has been delivered to 750 students in order to measure the degree of student acquisition of academic achievement motivation. The study concludes that there are statistically significant differences between the averages of the levels of acquisition of academic achievement motivation attributed to the personal variables (gender and age). that there are statistically significant differences between the averages of the levels of acquisition of academic achievement motivation attributed tothe academic variables (academic level, academic specialization).The study recommended strengthening students motivation for academic achievement by finding situations that achieve successful learning experiences.
