تناولت هذه الدراسة الحوار مفهومه وأهميته وآدابه في حياة الإنسان، لأن منهج الحوار في الأديان السماوية يحتاج إلى بصيرة واعية للوصول إلى حقائق يدمل جراح الخلاف والاختلاف. وقد أشار بعض فلاسفة المسلمين أن الحوار في الإسلام له أهمية وآداب يجب على المتحاور أن يكون له الإلمام به، على اعتبار أن لفظ الحوار هو منهج الأنبياء والرسل يهدف إلى بناء علاقات التواصل والاتصال بين الأطراف المخُتلفة، بل هو منبراً للتعايش السلمي بين أهل الملل، مع العلم أن الحاجات الإنسانية الضرورية منها والتحسينية كثيراً ما يتعرض للنقائص والنقائض، فكل فرد في هذه الحياة يدرك أهميّة المنهج الحواري بصورة موضوعية ومنطقية. لذلك نجد أن تراثنا الإسلامي ملئ بالقواسم المشتركة، الأمر الذي يجعلنا نقف على مصطلحات كثيرة تصل أحياناً إلى حدّ التباين والتمايز بين الحوار والتفاوض... وغيرها. وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الحوار في بناء العلاقات الاجتماعية ونشر ثقافة قبول الآخر، لذلك فإن مفهوم الحوار في جوهره ليس نقيضاً لفكرة التواصل الاجتماعي بجوانبه المادية والمعنوية للوصول بالإنسانية إلى مصاف الحياة الآمنة والمستقرة. وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لمعرفة أهمية وآداب الحوار.
The medina of Bou-Saada undergoes progressive degradation. Its urban fabric does not have the capacity to follow the urban dynamics of the city. The ambition of this study is to allow to acquire a deeper knowledge on the reasons for its dysfunction. The method used in this study is spatial syntax, and specifically, the angular segment analysis. The results found two types of urban structures. Which undergo two different aspects of degradation of the traditional built environment, either by the conversion of several traditional dwellings into places of commerce or services, total or partial renovation, for the first type, or an advanced state of disrepair, and a big abandonment of the place, for the second. We have found that the characterization of the urban structure is essential to carry out any intervention at the level of the historic centers, in order to assign more precise values to the places.
La médina de Bou-Saada subit une dégradation progressive. Son tissu urbain n’a pas la capacité de suivre la dynamique urbaine de la ville. L'ambition de cette étude est de permettre d'acquérir une connaissance plus approfondie sur les raisons de son dysfonctionnement. La méthode utilisée dans cette étude est la syntaxe spatiale, et précisément, l’analyse du segment angulaire. Les résultats trouvés ont mis en évidence deux types de structures urbaines, qui subissent deux aspects différents de dégradation du cadre bâti traditionnel, soit par la reconversion de plusieurs habitations traditionnelles en lieux de commerce ou de services, rénovation totale ou partielle, pour le premier type, ou, un état de délabrement avancé et un grand abandon des lieux, pour le deuxième. Nous avons constaté que la caractérisation de la structure urbaine est indispensable pour procéder toute intervention au niveau des centres historiques, afin d’attribuer des valeurs plus précises aux lieux.
