HRM has evolved into a strategic function whose purpose is to contribute to the creation of value within the company. The GSRH is the integrated set of practices, policies and strategies used by the company to manage its human capital.
In this article, we tried to understand the evolution of strategic human resources management through analyzing and evaluating four models of strategic human resources management: the HR accounting model, the HR strategic planning model, the HR Competitiveness Model and the HR Competency Model.
النماذج النظريـة المفسـرة للإدارة الاستراتيجية للموارد البشريـة
الملخص: تطورت إدارة الموارد البشرية لتصبح وظيفة ذات بعد استراتيجي تهدف إلى المساهمة في خلق القيمة في المنظمة، حيث تعني الإدارة الاستراتيجية للموارد البشرية إدماج مجموعة من الممارسات والسياسات والاستراتيجيات التي تتبناها المنظمة من أجل تسيير وإدارة مواردها البشرية.
من خلال هذا البحث سنحاول فهم تطور الإدارة الاستراتيجية للموارد البشرية وذلك من خلال تحليل وتقييم أربعة نماذج للإدارة الاستراتيجية للموارد البشرية، وهي: نموذج محاسبة الموارد البشرية، نموذج التخطيط الاستراتيجي، نموذج تنافسية الموارد البشرية، نموذج كفاءات الموارد البشرية.
