The research aims to identify the concept of accounting information systems and the important role in the designing cloud software applications, through easy access to the accounting and administrative data required for any level of management, and for purpose of achieving the research objectives and hypotheses, a cloud accounting program was programmed and designed using databases and controlling results. The results of the research showed the adoption of accounting information systems in the cloud program reduces transmission and writing errors, because the operations from restrictions to financial results are done automatically, and the adoption of databases in the cloud program affects the results as recalling the results that have been entered are chain and easy to use, and it is recommended Research designers of cloud programs Adoption of databases in the design of the cloud program because it facilitates the work of the program, with awareness of corporate management of the importance of cloud accounting because of its positive impact on decision-making.
نظم المعلومات المحاسبية ودورها في تصميم التطبيقات المحاسبية السحابية وتأثيرها في اتخاذ القرارات
الملخص:
يهدف البحث الى التعرف على مفهوم نظم المعلومات المحاسبية والدور المهم الذي تلعبه في تصميم تطبيقات البرامج السحابية، من خلال سهولة الوصول إلى البيانات المحاسبية والإدارية المطلوبة لأي مستوى من المستويات الإدارية، ولغرض تحقيق أهداف البحث وفرضياته تم برمجة وتصميم برنامج محاسبي سحابي باستخدام قواعد البيانات ومراقبة النتائج الخاصة بها، اذ أظهرت نتائج البحث أن اعتماد نظم المعلومات المحاسبية في البرنامج السحابي يقلل من أخطاء النقل والكتابة، وذلك لأن العمليات من القيود الى النتائج المالية تتم بصورة تلقائية، واعتماد قواعد البيانات في البرنامج السحابي يؤثر على النتائج، حيث ان استدعاء النتائج التي تم ادخالها تكون سلسلة وسهلة الاستخدام، ويوصي البحث مصممي البرامج السحابية اعتماد قواعد البيانات في تصميم البرنامج السحابية لأنه يسهل عمل البرنامج، مع توعية إدارة الشركات بأهمية المحاسبة السحابية لما لها انعكاس إيجابي على اتخاذ القرارات.
