Dr:Adel Chiheb

I am a Senior Lecturer in Social Sciences in Algeria and currently a visiting fellow at Coventry University in the UK. I am currently co-Investigator of a large British Academy funded programme exploring how young people imagine their futures, particularly in terms of environmental sustainability and livelihoods. In my current university, I have been the Head of Department for three years, have managed many national and international conferences , and am the postgraduate supervisor for numerous doctoral and Masters students. I am passionate about developing our curriculum, building international partnerships and networks. I have spoken at conferences in UK, Tunisia and Saudi Arabia, and now have links to academics around the Arab world, Mediterranean and Europe.
