هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مبادئ التعاون والتكتل بين المكتبات الجامعية وتوظيفها لمساندة البرامج التعليمية والأبحاث العلمية في ظل بيئة تتسم بالمنافسة، وسبل تحقيق ذلك بين الجامعات الجزائرية في البيئة الرقمية، من خلال مناقشة مفاهيم وأدوات التعاون ومفاهيم البيئة الرقمية بوجه عام مع تقديم بعض المقترحات التي قد تساعد وتنهض بأداء المكتبات الجامعية وأداء المهنة على مستوى المكتبات الجامعية الجزائرية. وتم مسح الأدبيات والمراجع الأولية والثانوية إلكترونياً، وقد كشفت الدراسة إلى أهمية التعاون والتكتل بين المكتبات الجامعية وتوظيفها لمساندة البرامج التعليمية والأبحاث العلمية في البيئة الرقمية. ورغم توفر المكتبات الجامعية الجزائرية على التجهيزات التي تساعدها على التعاون إلى وقت الحاضر تحتاج المزيد من الدعم من ناحية التجهيزات والأثاث وتوفير خدمة الانترنت وتحديث المصادر الرقمية والغير رقميه حتى ترتفع كفاءة العمل الى المستوى المطلوب. و أخيراً قام الباحث بتقديم جملة من المقترحات لتطوير التعاون بين المكتبات الجامعية الجزائرية
The aim of this research is to uncover Principles of cooperation and clustering between university libraries and their use to support educational programs and scientific research in a competitive environment. And ways to achieve this among Algerian universities in the digital environment, by discussing the concepts and tools of cooperation and the concepts of the digital environment in general, with some proposals that may help and advance the performance of university libraries and the performance of the profession at the level of Algerian university libraries.Finally, the researcher presented a number of suggestions for the development of Cooperation between Algerian university libraries.
