يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة منهج الإمام مالك في الرواية عن أهل البدع والأهواء، ودراسة حال الرواة الذين أخرج لهم في موطِئه واتهموا بالبدعة، مِنْ قبل علماء الجرح والتعديل، وبيان حالهم، ومروياتهم.وتكمن إشكالية الموضوع في أن الإمام مالك كان يُنقل عنه أنه لا يروى عن المبتدعة مطلقاً، ومع ذلك فقد وٍجد في موطِئه رواة اتهموا بأنهم مبتدعة، وتأتي أهمية الموضوع أنه يبين منهج الإمام مالك في الرواية عن المبتدعة، والفرق، بين كلامه النظري والتطبيقي، وقد سلك الباحث في دراسته المنهج الاستقرائي في جمع الرواة المتهمين بالبدعة، ثم المنهج التحليلي؛ وذلك بتحرير القول في هؤلاء الرواة وبيان حالهم، ومروياتهم، وتتلخص أهم نتائج هذه الورقة البحثية أن لفظ البدعة والهوى عند الإمام مالك بمعني واحد، والمراد بهما هم أهل البدع، وأن منهجه في المبتدعة أنه لا يروى عن المبتدع الذي يدعو لبدعته، وأن عدد الرواة الذين في موطِئه المتهمين بالبدعة خمسة عشر راوياً تسعة منهم من شيوخه، وستة من شيوخ شيوخه .
This research aims to know the methodology of Imam Malik in the narration about the people of innovation and whims, and to study the state of the narrators for whom he was brought out in his footsteps and accused of heresy, by scholars of the wound and modification, and to explain their condition and their narrations. On the authority of the innovator at all, and yet he found in his footsteps narrators accused of being an innovator, and the importance of the topic stems from that it shows Imam Malik's approach to the novel about the innovator, and the difference between his theoretical and practical words. Analytical; This is by editing the saying about these narrators and explaining their status and their narrations. The most important results of this research paper are summarized by Imam Malik’s term “innovation and desirability” in one sense, and what is meant by them are the people of innovation, and that his approach to innovators is not narrated from the innovator who calls for his innovation, and that the number of narrators who are Fifteen narrators are accused of heresy, nine of them from his sheikhs, and six of his sheikhs.
