يهدف هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على بعضِ صيغِ التمويلِ الفِلاحي ("المُزَارَعَة" و"المُغَارَسَة" و"المُسَاقَاة" أنموذجاً) وموقف الفقه الإسلامي منها، مع رصد مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية في تفعيلها في المصارف الإسلامية، إذ إنّ مثل هذه المعاملات مبنيةٌ على تحصيل المصالح وتكثيرها ودرء المفاسد وتقليلها.
وإن كانت هذه العقودُ لا تخلو من غَرَرٍ لِعُسْرِ انضباطِ مقاديرِ العملِ المُتَعَاقَدِ عليه فيها، غير أن الشريعة أَلْغَتْ هذا الغَرَر، لأنّ في مراعاته حرمانَ كثيرٍ من أفرادِ الأمة فوائدَ السعي والاكتساب، وهو ما تحاول أن تقف عليه هذه الدراسة التي تركّز ـ في إشكاليتها الرئيسية ـ على أهمّية هذه الصيغِ من التمويل الفلاحي، من خلال مجموعة من التساؤلات التي تفضي إلى نتائج البحث وأهمّها مراعاة حِكْمَةِ التشريعِ في حفظِ أموالِ الناسِ وتيسيرِ أمرِ دنياهم، وتشجيعِ المعاملاتِ الماليةِ المنعقدةِ على عملِ الأبدانِ المُعَضَّدَةِ بالتَّآزُرِ والمُوَاسَاة.
 This article aims at spotlighting some forms of agricultural financing (“farming”,“cultivation” and “watering”- as a model) and the positon of Islamic Jurisprudence on them when monitoring the purposes of Islamic law in activating it in Islamic banks since such transactions are based on the collection of interests by multiplying them by avoiding reducing spoilers as well . If these contracts are not without deceitfulness due to the difficult discipline of the amounts of work contracted upon, but the law abrogated this deception, because in its observance, many members of the nation are deprived of the benefits of seeking and acquisition, which is the main problem of the present research that stresses the importance of these formulas of agricultural financing through a set of questions that lead to research results, of which the most important is the observance of the rule of legislation in preserving people's money and facilitating their life, and therefore encouraging the financial transactions that are held to make synergistic structures.
