يدخل موضوع الحكم الراشد ضمن مباحث العلوم السياسية ولكننا نتناوله ضمن طرحه الايديولوجي والثقافي، وفي حقيقة الأمر تتقاطع في وقتنا الحقول المعرفية فما يخص العقيدة يرتبط بالاجتماع الذي يرتبط بالسياسة، فلدينا هنا وضع اجتماعي متأزم لشعوب فقيرة، تفرض عليها سياسة الحكم الراشد وفق معايير محددة من طرف قوى دولية، تتبنى الليبرالية الرأسمالية بكل هيمنتها الحضارية وسطوتها المادية على اقتصاديات العالم. ويقتضي الحكم الراشد إدارة أجهزة الحكم المختلفة السياسية والاقتصادية والإدارية وحتى الاجتماعية وفق منهج سليم يحقق الرفاه في إطار الديمقراطية والشفافية والمساءلة وغيرها من آليات الحوكمة. إن هذه الأهداف جيدة ولكن المؤثرات الإيديولوجية والثقافية خطيرة جدا على هوية المجتمعات الإسلامية، فالحرية المطلقة في الليبرالية تفرز تدميرا لقيم الدين وتحللا أخلاقيا، وتكالبا ماديا، كما تفرض أيضا تغييرا ثقافيا على مؤسسات المجتمع المدني والأفراد ومن ذلك الاهتمام بالمرأة والفنون ليسهل تحول المجتمع عن قيمه الخاصة لما تفرضه القيم الغربية عن طريق العولمة.

We have a critical social situation for the poor, we have imposed a policy of good governance according to specific criteria by the international powers, which adopt liberal capitalism with all its cultural domination and its influence on the economies of the world. Good governance requires the management of the various political, administrative, economic and even social mechanisms in a sound approach to achieving well-being in the context of democracy, transparency, accountability and other governance mechanisms. These objectives are good, but the ideological and cultural effects are very serious on the identity of Muslim societies, liberty freedom absolute secrecy of the destructive values ​​of religion and moral degeneration, and material competition, it also impose a cultural change on Individuals and civil society institutions, including attention to women and the arts to facilitate the transformation of society's own values, to impose Western values ​​through globalization.
