لهذه الدّراسة هدف هام وهو التّعرّف على الدّافعية العقليّة،  ومستواهالدى متعلّمي المرحلة الإعداديّة، إضافة إلى العلاقة الّتي تربط التّحصيل الدّراسي، بمادّة الإحياء. اعتمد المنهج التحليليّ الوصفيّ، بالاستعانة بالاستبانة على مجموعة طلّاب اختيروا عشوائبّا، من متعلّمي المرحلة الاعداديّة بالعراق،  أتت النتائج لتؤكّد المستوى االمتوسّط من الدافعيّة العقليّة لدى المتعلّمين، ومستوى مرتفع من التّحصيل الدّراسي في مادة الإحياء. ووجود علاقة إرتباطيّة طرديّة (موجبة قوية )  بين مستوى التّحصيل لمتعلّمي مادة الأحياء، والدّافعيّة العقليّة .إضافة إلى فروق  إحصائية بشكل متوسّط بين مجموعة المتعلّمين الذكور والاناث بمستوى التّحصيل الدّراسي والدّافعيّة العقليّة. وأوصت الدراسة بتبنّي طريقة خاصة في تعلّم معارف مختلفة للطلّاب محلّ الدّراسة. وذلك من خلال إختيار الطريقة المناسبة في التّعليم، لتحفيز الدافعيّة للتعلّم. كما أوصت الدّراسة بتبنّي طريقة خاصة تعطي تشوّقا لمعرفة أشياء مختلفة، من خلال تحفيز الدافعيّة للتعلّم وزيادة التّحصيل العلميّ.
من بين الأسس التّي يبنى ويقوم عليها الاقتصاد، المنافسة، والتي تعد ميزة تضفي طابعا خاصا للقطاع الاقتصادي إذ تجعله يتميز عن باقي القطاعات الأخرى، وعليه حاول المشرع الجزائري من خلال مجموعة من النصوص القانونية ضبط السوق وتقييد كل الممارسات المنافية للمنافسة المشروعة، وهذا في سبيل تهيئة وتوفير بيئة أعمال مشجعة قائمة على الحرية والشفافية.
إلاّ أن واقع الحال أثبت أن النصوص القانونية المقيدة للممارسات المنافية للمنافسة لا تكفي لتحسين بيئة الأعمال في الجزائر ما لم تتبع بمجموعة من الإصلاحات، خاصة في القطاع المالي والضريبي مع تفعيل دور مجلس المنافسة وباقي الهيئات ذات الصلة.
Among the foundations on which the economy is built and is based is competition, which is an advantage that gives a special character to the economic sector that makes it distinct from other sectors, and therefore the Algerian legislator, through a set of legal texts, tried to control the market and restrict all practices that are contrary to legitimate competition, and this is in order to prepare And to provide an encouraging business environment based on freedom and transparency.
However, the reality of the situation has proven that legal texts restricting anti-competitive practices are not sufficient to improve the business environment in Algeria unless it is followed by a set of reforms, especially in the financial and tax sector, with the activation of the role of the Competition Council and other relevant bodies.
