يتناول هذا البحث المظاهر الحضارية والعلمية لمدينة أصبهان من خلال كتاب (تاريخ أصبهان) للمؤرخ أبي نعيم الأصبهاني 430ه/1038م, فقد تفرد أبو نعيم الأصبهاني بذكر الكثير من العلماء من أهل أصبهان أو ممن نزلوا أصبهان، لم نقف لهم على تراجم في كتب الرجال والتراجم والطبقات. ويمكن القول أن تاريخ أصبهان يعد خطوة مبكرة في كتابة التاريخ المحلي، وإن كان الأصبهاني نهج في كتابه منهج المحدثين من حيث الترتيب والطبقة وتعديل وتجريح الرواة.  
تناول المظاهر العلمية لمدينة أصبهان من خلال كتاب تاريخ أصبهان, تناولنا خلاله علماء الحديث, الفقهاء, القضاة.
وقد توصل الباحث إلى عدد من النتائج منها: اتبع أبو نعيم الأصبهاني في كتابه أخبار أصبهان منهج ترتيب التراجم حسب الترتيب الألفبائي، لم يراع أبو نعيم سنة الوفاة أو الطبقة في ترتيب التراجم.
إن الجريمة ظاهرة اجتماعية نسبية مرتبطة ارتباطا وثيقا بالمجتمع الذي نعيش فيه، وهي نابعة من عاداته وتقاليده ومتغيراته، هذه الأخيرة تؤثر في السلوكات الإنحرافية وفي طبيعتها.
في أواخر القرن الماضي، ومع بداية ظاهرة العولمة حدثت تغيرات كثيرة من تقدم علمي وصناعي وتكنولوجي أدت إلى بروز مفاهيم دولية جديدة غزت جميع دول العالم وأدت إلى ظهور أنماط مستجدة من الإنحراف والإجرام خاصة بعد تطور مجال تقنية المعلومات وغزو البيئة الإلكترونية بمختلف وسائل الإتصال بها، فبرزت بذلك الجرائم المنظمة، والجرائم الإلكترونية وصور عديدة من الجرائم العصرية (مثل: غسيل الأموال أو تبييض الأموال، المخدرات، الإرهاب، الإختطاف...إلخ) اصطلح على تسميتها الجرائم المستحدثة.
وتكمن خطورة الجريمة المستحدثة في صعوبة تداركها بسبب التطور والإنتشار السريع والمستمر لها مع وجود عجز للسلطات القضائية الوطنية والدولية وعدم قدرتهم على احتواء هذه الجرائم وتقنينها بشكل يتماشى مع التطور الرهيب لها.
وعليه سنحاول في هذا المقال طرح مفهوم الجرائم المستحدثة وخصائصها، وعلاقتها بالجرائم التقليدية، بالإضافة إلى معرفة أنواع الجرائم المستحدثة بما فيها الجرائم المنظمة والجرائم الالكترونية (أغلب الجرائم المستحدثة هي جرائم منظمة والكترونية في نفس الوقت)، وكذا حجمها ومدى انتشارها، وأخيرا آليات مكافحتها والحد منها في المجتمع الجزائري.

At the end of the last century, with beginning of phenomenon of globalization, there were many changes in scientific, industrial and technological progress that led to the emergence of new international concepts that invaded all countries of world and led to emergence of new patterns of delinquency and criminality, especially after development of field of information technology and the invasion of electronic environment by various means of communication with it.
Thus, organized crimes, electronic crimes and many forms of modern crimes (e.g: money laundering or money laundering, drugs, terrorism, kidnapping...etc.) has been termed new crimes.
The seriousness of new crime lies in difficulty of redressing it because of rapid and continuous development and spread of crime, with inability of national and international judicial authorities and their inability to contain and codify such crimes in line with their terrible development.
In this article, we will therefore try to present concept and characteristics of new crimes, their relationship to traditional crimes, as well as types of crimes developed, including organized and electronic crime (most of crimes developed are organized and electronic crimes at the same time), as well as their size and prevalence, and finally the mechanisms for combating and reducing them in Algerian society.
