تتناول الدّراسة القراءة التّدبّريّة لمفهوم حاكميّة الكتاب في القرآن الكريم، من خلال التّجربة الإيمانيّة الموصولة بمقام الرّسالة في بني إسرائيل، وكذا التّجربة الإيمانيّة الموصولة بمقام الرّسالة في أمّة محمّد صلّى الله وعليه وسلّم، وذلك باستصحاب ما تختصّ به كلّ تجربة عن الأخرى من حيث مسارات التّشكّل وسياقات الخطاب. وتبدو أهمّيّة هذه الدّراسة واضحة بالنّظر إلى التّحدّيات التي تواجهها أمّة محمّد صلّى الله عليه وسلّم في سبيل النّهوض بتبعات عالميّة الخطاب القرآنيّ، من خلال تحصيل ثمرة هذا الخطاب في النّفس تحقّقا، ثمّ تحصيل بلاغات رسالته تخلّقا، على نحو ما يحقّق للأمّة انبعاثها الشّهوديّ.
The study deals with the deliberate reading of the concept of divine-governance (alHakimiyah) in the Holy Qur’an through the faith experience connected to the message's position to Israelis, as well as the faith experience connected to the message's position in the nation of prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), and by accompanying what is unique to each experience from the other in terms of the paths of formation and the contexts of discourse. The importance of this study appears clear in view of the challenges facing the nation (Ummah) of prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) in order to advance the consequences of universality of the Qur’anic discourse, through the achievement of the fruit of this discourse in the soul as a reality, and then transform his message into manners, in a way that achieves the nation's rising to its witness position.
This thoughtful reading necessitated the dismantling of paths that constitute the concept of governance in each experiment separately through the context of the Qur’anic discourse, and then reconstituting these paths through their contemplation under the comprehensive system of this discourse. The results of the study showed that the significance of the concept of divinegovernance (al-Hakimiyah) in the divine discourse has been formed according to a holistic approach commensurate with the universality of the Qur’anic discourse, and according to a unique cognitive pattern, in terms of the paths that shape it and in terms of the contexts of the discourse in it ,where the concept of a ruling is formed structurally in its intellectual, emotional, and behavioral dimensions.
