للرعاية النفسية والإجتماعية للمحبوس داخل المؤسسة العقابية أهمية، فالرعاية النفسية تسهم في تهذيب المحبوس بإلتزامه بالقواعد الصحية كما تسهم في تأهيل المحبوس على نحو فعال بحيث توفر العلاج للمحبوس ولها دور مهم في التنفيذ العقابي أما الرعاية الإجتماعية فهي تساعد المحبوس على تقبل الحياة الجديدة داخل المؤسسة العقابية والتكيف معها وتنظيم صلته الخارجية على نحو يسهم في إندماجه في المجتمع بعد الإفراج عنه ونظرا لأهمية الرعاية النفسية والإجتماعية للمحبوس داخل المؤسسة العقابية تطرق لها المشرع الجزائري في قانون تنظيم السجون وإعادة الإدماج الإجتماعي للمحبوسين بهدف تأهيل وإصلاح المحبوس. رعاية المحبوس داخل المؤسسة العقابية في التشريع الجزائري على نوعين وهما: الرعاية الصحية بما فيها النفسية والرعاية الاجتماعية، وللرعاية النفسية والإجتماعية أهمية في تأهيل وإصلاح المحبوس إذ تسهم في ادماج المحبوس في المجتمع بعد الإفراج عنه، كما أنها تعد الأسلوب الأساسي لنجاح أساليب المعاملة العقابية الأخرى كالتعليم والتهذيب، وبذلك يعود المحبوس إلى المجتمع فردا صالحا. وتتمثل أساليب الرعاية النفسية المطبقة على المحبوس داخل المؤسسة العقابية في كل من: الأساليب الوقائية والأساليب العلاجية، أما صور الرعاية الاجتماعية فتتمثل في دراسة مشاكل المحبوس وتنظيم أوقات فراغه وإبقائه على صلة بالعالم الخارجي، وذلك بالسماح بزيارته ومراسلته. ومن خلال هذه المداخلة سيتم التطرق لأهم الحلول التي تعمل على تحقيق رعاية نفسية وإجتماعية للمحبوس داخل المؤسسة العقابية بحيث تسهم في تأهيله وإصلاحه ليعود إلى المجنمع فردا صالحا وبذلك لا يعود إلى إرتكاب الجريمة مرة أخرى.
The psychological and social care of the imporisoned within the penal institution is important The psychological care have an importantrol in penal enforcement it contribute to the improvement of the detaineé s commitment to health rules it also contributes to the rehabilitation of the prisoner effectively so as to provide the detaine with treatment As for socail welfare it helps the prisoner to accept the new life within the penal institution and adapt it and organize it external relationship in a way the contributes to its integration in to society after his release In view of the importance of The psychological and social care of the imprisoned within the penal institution the Algerian legislator addressed her in the law of organizing prisons and social reintegration of detainees The care of the imprisoned within the penal institution in Algerian legislation is two types: health care and social welfare, care is important in rehabilitating the prisoner it contributes to the integration of the prisoner in to society after his release, it is also the basic method for the success of other punitive treatment methods, such as education and the refinement the prisoner is returned to society a good person. The methods of psychological care applied to the prisoner are in each of the: preventive methods and therapeutic methods, social welfare is represented in study the problems of the prisoner and organize his free time and keep him connected to the outside world by allowing him to visit and correspond. Through this intervetion will address the most important solutions that work to achieve the psychological and social care of the imprisoned within the penal institution so as to contribute to the rehabilitation and reform to return to the community a good person and so does not return to commit the crime again
