تناول هذا البحث موضوع الأسطورة بالمفهوم البارتي،والتي تعد بمثابة تجاوز للأسطورة في المعنى والاستعمال التقليدي، الذي يربطها بعالم الخرافة واللاعقلانية، فإذا كانت المجتمعات القديمة، قد صنعت أساطيرها بناء على اعتقادات متباينة، فإن المجتمعات المعاصرة، تصنع أساطيرها بامتياز، وتستهلكها عن وعي أو دون ذلك، فأساطير الواقع اليومي، حسب بارت، هي رسائل مغلفة ومقولبة ضمن أشكال، وما يجعلها مؤسطرة، هو الطريقة التي تشتغل بها، أو الكـيفية التي تصل بها إلينا، لتمرر عبرها مختلف المعاني والمقاصد والدلالات. ووفقا للمعنى الذي أضفاه بارت على الأسطورة، فإن كل شيء أو موضوع ،بإمكانه الخروج من دائرته الطبيعية، ليصبح موضوعا أسطوريا، وفضلا عن هذا، فالميثولوجيا المعاصرة بالمنظور البارتي، لا تقف عند حدود كونها رسائل حاملة ومحملة بمختلف الدلالات، والمعاني المتباينة، بل تتجاوز ذلك، لتشكل بنية سيميائية متكاملة، تنبني على بنية سميائية موجودة قبلها، تشكل لها الأرضية التي تنطلق منها، وهي اللغة، فالعلامة اللغوية بدالها ومدلولها، هي ما يشكل النسـق الدال لهذه الأساطير. 
The present research attempts to investigate issue of the myth, in the sense of Barthes,which is a transgression of myth in meaning and traditional use, which links it to the world ofsuperstition and irrationality. If ancient societies have created their myths based on differingbeliefs, contemporary societies make their myths distinctly and consume them consciously orotherwise. The daily according to Barthes is messages encased and molded into forms, andwhat makes them a myth is the way it works or how it reaches us, to pass through thedifferent meanings and purposes and signification.According to the meaning that Barthes added to the myth, everything or subject canemerge from its natural circle, becoming a mythical subject. Moreover, contemporarymythology in the barthist Perspective is not limited to carrying messages loaded with differentconnotations and divergent meanings, this is an integrated semiotic structure based on asemiotic pattern that precedes it. It is the Language from which it originates. It is thelinguistic sign, its signifier and signified, is what forms the significant pattern of these myths.
