تحتوي بعض البرامج الجزائرية موضوعات متصلة بالتربية الإعلامية، إلا أنها تبدو قليلة كميا وتستحق أن تُدرس كيفيا وصولا إلى دفعها قُدما. اهتمت هذه الورقة البحثية ببرنامج "أولادنا تحت جناحنا" بقناة الشروق tv في الحصة الموسومة ب "الطفل والتلفاز" وذلك بالعمل على تحليل البرنامج ـمحل الدراسةـ باستخدام تحليل المحتوى كأداة بحثية هامة في تخصص الإعلام والاتصال.
وعلى الرغم من كون البرنامج محل الدراسة من بين البرامج التي تهتم بشؤون الطفل إلا أن من الناحية الكيفية تحتاج البرامج الإعلامية من هذا النوع إلى التعمق في المواضيع ذات الصلة بالتربية الإعلامية وتنشيط التحسيس بمخاطر التعرض للمحتويات الإعلامية السيئة نظرا لخطورة الموضوع وأهميته على مستوى الأطفال من جهة، وعلى مستوى أولياء الأمور والمربين من جهة ثانية؛ لاسيما وأن البرنامج ـ محل الدراسة ـ موجه إلى الأولياء بهدف التقليل من مخاطر المضامين الإعلامية على الفئات الهشة والحساسة لاسيما الأطفال والمراهقين. ومن هنا أتت أهمية هذه الدراسة التي تهدف إلى الكشف عن بعض جوانب موضوعات "التربية الإعلامية" في المضامين الإعلامية الجزائرية.  
 Some of the Algerian programmes contain topics related to media education, but they appear to be few in terms of quantity and should be studied to be improved in terms of quality given the importance of the subject under study. The study devoted attention to "Our children under our wing"; a programme on Channel Echourouk TV; an episode of "Children and Television" by analyzing the programme under study using content analysis as an important research tool in the field of media and communication. The programme is considered a quantum leap in how this kind of programmes deal with children's affairs. However, in terms of quality, these informational programmes need to go deeper on topics related to media education and revitalization of the awareness- raising campaign about the dangers of exposure to bad media content, given the seriousness and importance of the subject to children, parents and educators alike. Particularly as the programme under study is addressed to parents in order to reduce the risk of media content on vulnerable and sensitive people, mainly children and adolescents. Hence, this study aims at revealing some aspects of "media education" in the Algerian media
