هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على معوقات الاتصال الاداري والتربوي في المدارس الثانوية بمديرية قصبة اربد من وجهة نظر المعلمين، والكشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في تقديرات أفراد العينة لدرجة حدة معوقات الاتصال الاداري والتربوي في المدارس الثانوية بمديرية قصبة اربد تبعاً لمتغيرات: (النوع، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة)، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي (التحليلي والمسحي) لتحقيق أهداف دراستها، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة من المعلمين والمعلمات بلغت (341) معلماً ومعلمة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدداً من النتائج أهمها: أن معوقات الاتصال الاداري في المدارس الثانوية بشكل عام جاءت بدرجة حدة متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.91)، وبنسبة مئوية بلغت (58.37%)، أما معوقات الاتصال التربوي في المدارس الثانوية بشكل عام جاءت بدرجة حدة متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.27)، وبنسبة مئوية بلغت (65.46%)، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة حدة معوقات الاتصال الاداري والتربوي في المدارس الثانوية بمديرية قصبة اربد تعزى لمتغير النوع ولصالح فئة الذكور، وأظهرت أيضاً وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة حدة معوقات الاتصال الاداري والتربوي في المدارس الثانوية بمديرية قصبة اربد تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح فئة الدبلوم،  وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة حدة معوقات الاتصال الاداري والتربوي في المدارس الثانوية بمديرية قصبة اربد تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، لصالح فئة (6-10 سنوات)، وفئة (أكثر من 10 سنوات).

صار اليوم ممكنا الكشف عن تشوهات الجنين، وعلاج بعضها في المراحل الأولى من الحمل، إلا أن بعض تلك التشوهات خطيرة لا يمكن -على الأقل حاليا- علاجها. فجاء هذا البحث المعنون بـ: حكم إجهاض الجنين المشوه في الفقه والطب، ليبيّن الحكم الفقهي للإجهاض عموما، ولإجهاض الجنين المشوه على وجه الخصوص.

Todayit has become possible to detect fetal abnormalities, and treatsome of them in the early stages of pregnancy, but some of theseabnormalities are serious and cannot -at least now- betreated. This research came entitled: The ruling on abortion of a distortedfetus in jurisprudence and medicine, to show the jurisprudential ruling on abortion in general, and to abort a deformed fetus in particular.
