هدفت هذه الدّراسة شبه التجريبية الى استقصاء  فاعلية استراتيجية التّدريس فوق المعرفيّة في تنمية  اتجاهات طلاب الصف العاشر الأساسي نحو مبحث التّربية الإسلامية في الاردن. واستخدم الباحث المنهج شبة التجريبي للتعرف على فاعلية استخدام استراتيجية التدريس فوق المعرفيّة في تنمية اتجاهات نحو مبحث التّربية الإسلامية . وأعد الباحث اختباراً لقياس المفاهيم الوطنيّة لدى عينة الدراسة التي تكوّنت من (50) طالباً في مجموعتين (ضابطة- تجريبية). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: وجود أثر وجود اتجاهات إيجابية نحو محتوى مبحث التّربية الإسلامية لدى طلاب الصف العاشر الأساسي، حيث تفوق طلاب العينة التجريبية على طلاب العينة الضابطة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تبني استراتيجية التّدريس فوق المعرفيّة في تدريس مبحث التّربية الإسلامية، لما لها من أثر إيجابي في تنمية الاتجاهات نحو مبحث التّربية الإسلامية للصف العاشر الأساسي.
تتطرق الدراسة إلى النوافذ الإسلامية في البنوك التقليدية الجزائرية، في إطار أحكام النظام رقم 20-02 من خلال تسليط الضوء على منتجات التمويل الإسلامي المتاحة في هذه النوافذ، بالإضافة إلى طرح كل ما يعيق عملها وهذا باعتماد أداة الوصف من المنهج الاستنباطي لغرض التنظير لواقع النوافذ الإسلامية، أما ما تبقى من الدراسة فقد خُصص لعرض المواقف المتباينة للفقهاء المعاصرين حول ظاهرة اتجاه العديد من البنوك الربوية لفتح نوافذ إسلامية تقدم خدمات مصرفية تُراعي الأحكام والضوابط الشرعية، في ضوء فقه الموازنات باعتباره منهجا اجتهاديا يسمح بالموازنة بين المؤيدين للسماح بفتح وعمل هذه النوافذ والمانعين لذلك، وقد توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أن النظام 20-02 بالفعل يعتبر خطوة جيدة، ولكنه ورد مختصرا وغير كاف لتنظيم جميع منتجات النوافذ الإسلامية، وأن النوافذ الإسلامية في الجزائر لن تُحقق ما يُراد منها إلا إذا وُظفت بطريقة محكمة، وبقوة الإرادة والإخلاص حتى تكون خطوة للبنوك الربوية للتحول إلى بنوك إسلامية.
The study focuses on the Islamic windows in the traditional banks of Algeria in accordance with the provisions of Regulation No. 20-02, by highlighting the Islamic financing products available in these windows, as well as the introduction of all the impediments to their work, and by adopting the tool of descriptive approach for the purpose of theorizing the realities of Islamic windows, the remainder of the study was devoted to presenting the divergent attitudes of modern scholars about the phenomenon of the tendency of many usurious banks to open Islamic windows providing banking services that take into account the provisions and legitimate controls, in the light of the jurisprudence of the budgets as a pragmatic approach that allows the balancing of supporters to allow the opening and functioning of these windows and preventers , Through this study, we have concluded that the 20-02 system is already a good step, but it is a brief and insufficient response to regulate all Islamic windows products,  And the latter will not achieve what they want, unless they are well placed, With the will and sincerity to be a step for the usurious banks to turn into Islamic Banks.
