 يعد مرض التصلب اللويحي المتعدد من الأمراض العصبية الأكثر شيوعا في هذا العصر عند فئة الشباب. و هو مرض التهابي مزمن راجع إلى رد على المناعة الذاتية للجهاز المناعي الخاص بالجهاز العصبي المركزي ، و دراستنا هذه تهدف إلى معرفة درجة تأثير الوظائف التنفيذية على سرعة معالجة المعلومات على المرض ، و تحديد نوع الاضطرابات و محاولة تقييمها عند هذه الفئة من المصابين ، و قد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي المقارن على عينة تتكون من 40 حالة تعاني من التصلب اللويحي المتعدد من النوع المرحلة الأولى rémittente ، وقد قمنا بتطبيق مجموعة من الاختبارات من بينها : الميزانية النفسية العصبية ثم البطارية السريعة للتقييم الجبهي و ذلك لتقييم الوظائف التنفيذية ، كما استعنا باختبارات أخرى لتأكد من سرعة معالجة المعلومات tests différentiels d’aptitude . و قد استنتجنا من هذه الدراسة عن معاناة المصابين بالتصلب اللويحي المتعدد من اضطرابات في الوظائف التنفيذية و لديها تأثير على سرعة معالجة المعلومات . الكلمات المفتاحية التصلب اللويحي المتعدد ؛ الوظائف التنفيذية ؛ سرعة معالجة المعلومات.

 Multiple sclerosis is one of the most common neurological diseases in this era among young people, and it is a chronic inflammatory disease due to a response to the autoimmunity of the immune system of the nervous system, and our study aims to know the degree of influence of executive functions on the speed of information processing on the disease. And to determine the type of disorders and try to evaluate them in this category of patients, and we have used the descriptive comparative approach on a sample consisting of 40 cases suffering from multiple sclerosis of the first stage type remittent. We applied a set of tests, including: the neuropsychological budget, then the rapid frontal evaluation battery, in order to evaluate executive functions. We also used other tests to ensure the speed of information processing tests differentiels d aptitude. We concluded from this study about the suffering of people with multiple sclerosis Multiple disorders in executive functions and have an impact on the speed of information processing.
