    القوامة في مفهومها الحقيقي هي عملية تنظيميّة للشراكة الزّوجيّة، وهي مسؤولية يتحمل كل من الزوجين تكاليفها كلّ يقوم بوظائفه المنوطة بهم تطبيقا لقوله تعالى:﴿ الرِّجَالُ قَوَّامُونَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ بِمَا فَضَّلَ اللَّهُ بَعْضَهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ وَبِمَا أَنْفَقُوا مِنْ أَمْوَالِهِمْ فَالصَّالِحَاتُ قَانِتَاتٌ حَافِظَاتٌ لِلْغَيْبِ بِمَا حَفِظَ اللَّهُ ﴾
  وللقوامة مقاصد شرعية تتمثّل في حفظ مقصد حدود الله – عز وجل -من الانتهاك، وبالتالي حفظ عرض المرأة وكرامتها وتنظيم الجانب المؤسسي والمالي للأسرة، وكذا تحقيق مقصد التكافل الأسري في الإسلام.
 لكن للأسف في واقعنا اليوم تظافرت أسباب عدّة أدّت إلى ضعف القوامة في العالم الإسلامي عموما، وفي المجتمع الجزائري خصوصا، أبرزها:
    اتّكالية الرّجل بسبب عمل زوجته واستغلالها، وكذا علمنة أفكار المرأة بشتّى الوسائل واتّخاذ الإعلام العلماني وسيلة لتحطيم كيان الأسرة المسلمة.
   ولأجل القضاء على هذه الظاهرة، لابّد من تكاتف جهود كلّ المؤسّسات من الأسرة إلى المسجد إلى المدرسة، إلى الجامعة ...، حتّى تعود الأسرة المسلمة إلى نبعها النّقي الصافي، ومن هذا المنطلق نستطيع أن نقضي على كثير من الآفات الاجتماعيّة الّتي كاد المجتمع الإسلامي عموما، والمجتمع الجزائري خصوصا أن يغرق فيها.
The maintain in its realy concept is an arganization operation to the married partnership and it is a responsability that each one of the couplevsustains its costs.
Each one do his duties good one (mem are the maintainers of women because of the greater preference that good has given to some of them and because they financailly support them. aming vivous women are those who are steadfast in prayer and dependible in reeping the secret thet good has protected)
      And the maintain has got ligitimacy purposes which are protectiing the limits of good from exeed.
       So, protectiong women respected, and organized the corporation and finaucail side for the family and also realize the family solidarthy conept in islan.
      But, unfortunity in our society today, a lot of causes resut a lot of caues resut a        weakmaintain in the istanic world in general and in the algerain societu especially; mainsof them:
    -the trust of mam on his wife job and scular the women ideas by different ways
-to eliminate this phenomen all the societues should make eforts togather, from family mosque school , uneversity … untit the muslim family returns back to its pure source and we can ilimimate mamy socail problems .
In our algerain soceilty.
