تمثل الصورة الجزء التأثيري الأهم في الوظيفة الشعرية "فالصورة أول ما ندركها تشغلنا، وتستقطب اهتمامنا بذلك التجاوز الدلالي الذي لا نعثر عليه بالكم والكيف نفسهما في الكلام العادي"[1]، وبها تتجسّد شخصية المبدع في ذهن المتلقي، ولكنها لا تؤدّي دورا ذا أهمية إلا بالائتلاف الجمعي بين النظائر المُشكـــِّلة لها، ونقصد به الترابط بين الألوان البلاغية بعضها ببعض، فالتشبيه وحده غير كافٍ لإعطاء آفاق واسعة على الدلالة المقصودة، لكنّه يصبح فاعلا ونفاذا إذا شدّت من أصره الاستعارة والكناية مثلا، أو غيرهما من الأبواب البلاغية الأخرى، فالصورة قد تبقى مُجزية مقبولة باقتِصارها على تقنية واحدة دون سواها، وإن ْ وردت مُطابِقة لــمُقتضى الحال، لكنها لا تحمل بعدا تصويريا عميقا، كما أن تكثيف الأوجه البلاغية حول المعنى الواحد، يفتح نوافذ متعددة للتأويلات حول النص، وللوقوف على التشكيلات الجمالية للصورة البيانية عند الكلباني وللتعرف على مؤشرات رُجوح شكل معين على آخر، ستكون دراستها من ثلاثة جوانب: التشبيه والاستعارة و الكناية، ولا يفوتني التسليم ُ بأن الخــُـــلاصات البلاغية التي سنقبل على دراستها إنما تمثل ذائقة الباحث ومدى إحساسه الفني في استملاح صورة واستهجان أختِها، وأن أمر َ التفاوت في تقييم الصورة أمر بَــدَهي  قد يعود إلى اختلاف مشارب المعرفة و روافد الثقافة.

إن الحقوق والحريات التي نادت بها مختلف المواثيق الدولية والتشريعات الداخلية للدول ومنها الجزائر كثيرة، ولكن يبقى الأهم والأبرز من بينها هو الحق في محاكمة عادلة، حيث أن العدل بين الناس في كل شيء على العموم، والعدل في المحاكمة على الخصوص، يجعل من الناس تثق في حكوماتهم، وهذا من شأنه أن يبعت على الأمن والإستقرار والطمأنينة، وهذا ما ينعكس بطبيعة الحال بالإيجاب على المعاملات والإقتصاد وغيرها من المعاملات، وهو ما يبعت كذلك على الترابط والتلاحم بين أفراد المجتمع الواحد.
