أصبح العالم قرية صغيرة كونية في ظل عصر ثورة المعلومات والانفجار المعلوماتي الهائل، وخاصة ظهور شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي دورها الفاعل على مستوي العالم بشكل عام وتجلي بشكل مباشر ما يسمي بالثورات العربية، لذا هدفت هذه الدراسة بشكل أساسي إلى التعرف إلى الدور الذي تقوم به أساليب الاتصال بالجامعات الفلسطينية في تعزيز قيم المواطنة عبر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي.
وطبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية من الطلبة في الجامعات الفلسطينية وهي( جامعة الأزهر، والقدس المفتوحة، والجامعة الإسلامية) من مجتمع الدراسة من الفلسطينية في قطاع غزة، وهم أكثر فئات المجتمع الفلسطيني استخداماً للإنترنت، ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والإجابة عليها.
تتجه مبادرة الحزام والطريق لأن تصبح إطارا للتحرك الاستراتيجي للصين في العالم، والتوجه نحو تأثير أكبر في تفاعلات السياسة الدولية، مع تجاوز قيود الجغرافيا السياسية والاقتصادية، وهي القيود التي جابهت الصين على مدار القرون السابقة، وحالت دون حضور فاعل لها، وحرمانها من أن تكون ضمن القوى الكبرى، وتلك مبررات قوية لإحياء طريق الحرير القديم بآليات وأفكار أكثر استجابة لطبيعة الوضع السياسي والاقتصادي في العالم، واحتياجات الشعوب.
لقد زاد التطلع والطموح بشأن القدرة على تجسيد مضمون مبادرة الحزام والطريق خلال السنتين الماضيتين، غير أن جملة من المخاطر على الصعيد العالمي، تثير نقاشات عميقة بشأن عوائد ومستقبل المبادرة، وتدعّمت المخاوف في هذا السياق مع تفشي وجائحة كورونا التي كان منشؤها الصين، وساهم في ركود اقتصادات العالم، بما عزّز الحذر بشأن طروحات التعاون؛ لتحل محلها تدابير تتبنى سياسات حمائية واحترازية، وهو وضع ضاغط قد يدفع الصين نحو مراجعة خططها في تجسيد المبادرة، والاستعداد لتحديات ذات مضمون أمني ودفاعي، قد تؤخر المبادرة أو تحيل إلى خيارات بديلة، تتناسب مع حالة التنافس الدولي بين القوى الكبرى.
The Belt and Road Initiative become a framework for China's strategic move in the world , towards a greater influence in international policy interactions ,While transcen-ding the limitations of political and economic geography. These are the restrictions that confronted China over the past centuries, and preven-ted it from being an effective presence, and depriving China from being among the major powers. These are strong justifications for reviving the ancient Silk Road with mechanisms and ideas that are more responsive to the nature of the political and economic situation in the world, and the needs of peoples.
Ambition about China's ability to materialize the content of the Belt and Road Initiative has increased over the past two years, However, a number of risks at the global level raise deep discussions about the returns and future of the initiative, and fears in this context have strengthened with the outbreak of the Corona pandemic, which originated in China, With a severe recession in world economies, which reinforced caution about proposals for cooperation; To be replaced by measures that adopt protectionist and precautionary policies, which is a pressing situation that may push China to review its plans in embodying the initiative, and prepare for challenges with a security and defense content, that may delay the initiative or refer to alternative options that are commensurate with the state of international competition between major powers.
