تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور السياسي للمناضل احمد ميلودي في منطقة وادي سوف، من خلال ترشحه باسم حركة الانتصار في انتخابات 1948م،وكونه كذلك احد واضعي اللبنة الأولى للكشافة الإسلامية في منطقة الوادي والعمل على تنشئة الجيل الجديد هناك، حيث لم يكن الرجل منعزل عن الحياة السياسة فقد بدا اتصالاته الأولى برجال السياسية والمناضلين وهو مازال في مقتبل العمر، عندما كان مع أبيه الذي كان يعمل خياطا في احد الأسواق في الوادي، وتزامنا مع نشاط المناضل احمد ميلودي في العمل السياسي وربطه علاقات وطيدة مع مناضلي الحركة الوطنية، تم تأسيس أول خلية لحزب الشعب الجزائري بالوادي سنة 1943م، ومن هنا سوف ينفتح على رجال السياسة والمناضلين في صفوف الحركة الوطنية، حيث سيتصل بالمناضل محمد بلوزداد ويكلفه بمهمة جلب السلاح ، ونتيجة لهذا النشاط المتواصل للأحمد ميلودي، فقد تم ترشيحه كممثل عن حركة الانتصار الحريات الديمقراطية في انتخابات المجلس الجزائري 4 افريل 1948م، والدي سوف يحقق فيها احمد ميلودي فوزا ساحقا على خصمه ، لكن خوف الادارة الاستعمارية من تزايد نفوذ حركة الانتصار وتغلغلها في الأوساط الشعبية عملت على إقصاء مرشحها في هذه الانتخابات
This study aims to highlight the political role of the militant Ahmad Melody in the Wadi Souf region, through his candidacy in the name of the victory movement in the 1948 elections, and being one of the authors of the first block of Islamic scouts in the valley and working on raising the new generation there, as the man was not isolated from life Politics His first contacts appeared with politicians and militants while he was still in his prime, when he was with his father, who was working as a seamstress in a market in the valley, and coinciding with the activism of the militant Ahmed Melody in political work and his close ties with the militants of the national movement, the first cell of the party was established The Algerian people in the valley in 1943 AD, and from here it will open up to politicians and militants in the ranks of the national movement, as it will contact the fighter Mohamed Belouizdad and assign him the task of bringing weapons, and as a result of this continuous activity of Ahmed Miloudi, he was nominated as a representative of the Victory Movement for Democratic Freedom in the Algerian Council elections 4 April 1948 AD, my father will achieve a landslide victory in Ahmed Melody over his opponent, but the colonial administration’s fear of the increasing influence of the victory movement and its penetration into popular circles worked to exclude a candidate Behold this election.
