Main Article Content
Abstract
Apart from the sphere of state institutions, specialists, experts, many other actors are called upon by the local, sustainable and integrated development of Kerkennah’s Islands with a view to a better attraction. Ant influence that is seen in the image of the landscape, urban, architectural and material and immaterial heritage potential offered by the island context. Indeed, these dynamic calls on associative actors on the one hand, and on the other hand, the contribution of the local population remains preponderant in perfect knowledge and mastery of the issues and challenges to be overcome. If the new modalities of governance have made it possible to establish a territorial dynamic for environmental, social, economic and cultural development, they nevertheless remain insufficient and unfinished in the absence of synergy, coordination and collaboration between the various actors. It is neither the projects undertaken and planned that are lacking, nor the serious involvement of the local population and associations, we have drawn up an inventory of them as long as it is positive, it is rather the absence of an established global vision. Within the framework of an urban project which will establish the order, the priorities and the urgency of interventions as well as the prerogatives of each stakeholder.
